Service Description
Hot stones massage is a form of thermotherapy (Heat therapy) which increases the blood flow by vasodilation (opening of the blood vessels), increasing oxygen uptake and improving metabolic chemical pathway. Smooth basalt volcanic stones are heated and applied to the body using traditional massage strokes. Carrier or aromatherapy oils are applied to the skin to help the stones glide smoothly.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking Confirmation Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit via the online booking system. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Requests made within this period may incur a cancellation fee. 3. Cancellation Fees Less than 24 hours’ notice: up to 100% of the session fee Missed appointments (no-shows): 100% of the session fee 4. Payments & Refunds All payments and deposits are non-refundable. With at least 24 hours’ notice, payments may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment at the practitioner’s discretion. 5. Late Arrival Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time. The full session fee remains payable. 6. Practitioner Discretion In exceptional circumstances, fees may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion. 7. Agreement By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. These policies are in place to honour both your time and the practitioner’s commitment to providing a high-quality, uninterrupted service.
