Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy has been used for over 6,000 years, with roots in ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman traditions. Today, essential oils are recognised not only for their beautiful scents but also for their therapeutic benefits to both body and mind.

Essential oils are extracted from plants, flowers, and trees, each with its own unique properties. When blended and applied correctly, they may help ease physical discomfort, reduce stress, and support emotional wellbeing.

After a free consultation, a personalised essential oil blend will be selected to suit your needs. Oils are diluted in a carrier oil (such as sweet almond or grapeseed) and applied to the body using your preferred massage pressure.

After your massage, it's best to avoid bathing for 6–24 hours to allow full absorption of the oils. Rest, stay hydrated, avoid heavy meals, and try to limit caffeine, alcohol, and smoking for best results.
