About Me
Having had the pleasure of living, working and travelling in various countries around the world I have experienced many different forms of holistic treatments, Ayurvedic yoga massage in India, Thai massage in Thailand, cupping in Hong Kong, accupressure, accupuncture, shiatsu, reflexology and aromatherapy to name a few.
I have used essential oils and natural remedies such as bach flower remedies and the traditional lemon, honey and ginger since I can remember, the natural approach is always my first choice when confronted with a cold, toothache, headache or strained muscle etc..
Now settled back in the UK and having worked in many diverse roles in many diverse countries I realised this is now the perfect opportunity for me to consider a career doing something I love (better late than never!) This is when I decided to study complementary therapies, I qualified from Brighton MET in 2018 as student of the year! Level 3 VTCT diploma in complementary therapies, I have since built up a loyal client base, some of whom started as my case studies (guinea pigs!) and have continued with their treatments ever since.
Having been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition I am continuing my journey down the holistic route and am currently studying Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I shall also be continuing to add new treatments to my portfolio.
I am fully insured and am a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists also The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. My official tilte is Nicola Grainger HDipCT (VTCT) MFHT!
