Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient therapy based on the idea that specific points on the feet and hands correspond to different parts of the body. By stimulating these zones, reflexology supports physical and emotional balance, improves circulation, and encourages the body’s natural healing processes.

Suitable for all ages, reflexology can aid in recovery or simply promote deep relaxation.

A free consultation is offered before your first session. Treatments last around an hour and include a soothing foot massage, targeted pressure techniques to release tension or crystal deposits, and a final massage to boost circulation and detoxification.

Some people may experience mild side effects afterwards—such as fatigue, thirst, or flu-like symptoms—known as a healing response. These usually pass within 48 hours.

Please stay hydrated and contact your GP if symptoms persist.

Reflexology is Not Suitable if you:

  • Are in your first trimester of pregnancy or have a history of miscarriage
