Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic treatment that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It’s designed to release chronic tension, break down adhesions, and restore mobility, making it ideal for those with persistent muscle tightness or pain.

Deep tissue massage uses slow, firm pressure to target deep muscle layers and fascia. While it’s more intense than a relaxation massage, it should never be unbearably painful. Communication during your session is key—I’ll check in with you regularly to ensure the pressure is effective but comfortable.

You may feel some soreness afterwards, similar to what you might experience after a strong workout. This is normal and should ease within a day or two.

Staying hydrated and resting after your session can help your body recover more quickly.
