Cupping
Cupping is an ancient therapy used for centuries in traditional medicine to relieve tension, promote healing, and support overall wellbeing. Using suction created by placing vacuum cups on the skin, this treatment encourages circulation, detoxification, and deep muscle relaxation.
Cupping can be used on its own or alongside massage for enhanced therapeutic effects.

After a short consultation, cups are gently placed on targeted areas of your body—often the back, shoulders, or legs. Suction is created using either heat or a manual pump. The cups may remain in place for several minutes or be moved gently across the skin.
You might feel a pulling or tight sensation, but it should never be painful.
After treatment, you may notice circular marks or mild bruising, which is normal and usually fades within a few days.
