Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking Confirmation Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit via the online booking system. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Requests made within this period may incur a cancellation fee. 3. Cancellation Fees Less than 24 hours’ notice: up to 100% of the session fee Missed appointments (no-shows): 100% of the session fee 4. Payments & Refunds All payments and deposits are non-refundable. With at least 24 hours’ notice, payments may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment at the practitioner’s discretion. 5. Late Arrival Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time. The full session fee remains payable. 6. Practitioner Discretion In exceptional circumstances, fees may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion. 7. Agreement By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. These policies are in place to honour both your time and the practitioner’s commitment to providing a high-quality, uninterrupted service.
